Q: Can I cancel my order / amend / exchange?
A: Order Cancellation, Amendments, and Exchange Policy:

  •  Cancellations:
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as processing begins immediately. 
  • Amendments:
    Changes to your order (e.g., size, colour or shipping details) may be possible depending on stock availability. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@tydeglobal.com to request any amendments.
  • Exchanges:
    Exchanges are possible based on stock availability but cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@tydeglobal.com.
