Shipping policy

We strive to package and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, we are often unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.

All orders are subject to verification and approval prior to shipping and may take several days to process.

Please note that we only ship on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be delayed:

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 working days from the time of checkout. (Mon - Fri).

Each Item has specific delivery details mentioned in its description, so shipping times may vary. Please take note of the delivery information for each item before placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Once a package has left our facility, responsibility for its handling and delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
