Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be unopened, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.  

To start a return, email us at support@tydeglobal.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

The total amount refunded will be credited to your payment method used at the time of purchase (minus shipping and handling fees) or as store credit once the package arrives at our facility and the item(s) are inspected.

 

ADDITONAL NOTES:

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please get in touch with us immediately before your order ships so we can correct it.

Orders returned as RTS due to refusal of delivery (e.g., unwanted duties, changed mind) are not eligible for free re-shipping.

Reshipments for RTS packages will incur a new shipping fee which must be paid before the order is resent. Once the RTS package is received at our warehouse and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued for the item(s), minus the original shipping charges.

If a reshipment is possible, our team may reach out directly, or you can submit a support ticket to inquire about reshipment for RTS packages will incur a new shipping fee, which must be paid before the order is resent.
